Gruppo Zecchetto
Accessibility statement
Statement drawn up on 3 August 2026
Website accessibility statement for the private entities referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1-bis of Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
Diamant srl, with registered office in Viale del Lavoro, 8 — 37060 Bonferraro di Sorgà (VR), Italia, VAT no. 02922140237, the company that owns the Gruppo Zecchetto website, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This accessibility statement applies to: https://www.zecchettogroup.com
The website is published in Italian and in English; the information set out below refers to both language versions.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in the technical standard UNI CEI EN 301549, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
The website meets most of the technical requirements applicable to Web content, which transpose the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA, but presents the instances of non-compliance reported below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the reasons indicated:
C.9.1.1.1 - Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that serves an equivalent purpose. In particular, the images published through the content management system — photographs in the project galleries, images within the body of articles, images in the in-depth content cards — have no alternative text and are therefore presented as purely decorative content, even though they convey information.
C.9.1.2.2 - No captions are provided for the prerecorded audio content within synchronised media. The corporate video published on the home page has an audio track, but it has neither captions nor a text indication of the nature of the audio content.
C.9.1.2.3 - For prerecorded synchronised media, no equivalent text alternative presenting the same information is available, nor is an audio description. The information conveyed solely visually by the corporate video is not made available in text form.
C.9.1.2.5 - No audio description is provided for the prerecorded video content within synchronised media.
C.9.1.3.1 - The information, structure and relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be programmatically determined in all cases. On the home page the heading hierarchy skips a level, so that one content section is not associated with a heading of the corresponding level; furthermore, under some display conditions, two equivalent page header areas are present at the same time.
C.9.2.2.2 - For moving content that starts automatically, lasts more than five seconds and is presented together with other content, no mechanism is available to allow the user to pause, stop or hide it. This concerns the background videos played automatically in a loop and the continuous animations present in some sections. Only the adaptation to the reduced motion preference set in the user's operating system is provided, which does not constitute a mechanism available within the content.
C.9.2.2.2 - The pause control available for the corporate video is not persistent: playback, and with it the audio, resumes automatically when the section containing it re-enters the visible area, without the user having requested it.
C.9.2.4.5 - More than one way to locate and reach the other pages of the site is not available on all pages. On the project detail pages, when they are reached directly from a search engine or from a shared link, neither the navigation menu nor the footer link map is present: the only navigation element available leads back to the list of projects.
C.9.2.4.7 - The keyboard focus indicator is not perceivable on all interface components. On some controls placed on a dark background or on a custom-coloured background, the indicator takes on the same colour as the background and is therefore not visible.
C.9.2.5.8 - The size of the target area of some controls is smaller than 24 by 24 CSS pixels and the distance between adjacent controls is not sufficient to meet the spacing exception. This condition concerns the scrolling and selection indicators (pagination elements) of the image and news carousels.
The alphanumeric references given above correspond to the technical requirements of Chapter 9 – Web of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, which transposes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA.
Date of preparation of the statement
This statement was prepared on 3 August 2026.
The assessment was carried out by means of a self-assessment conducted directly by the owner of the website and comprised: manual review of the pages and of the content against the checklist of the WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA criteria, testing with automated accessibility evaluation tools and keyboard navigation testing.
Feedback and contact information
Any cases of non-compliance with the accessibility requirements may be reported, information may be requested, and content that is not accessible may be requested in an accessible format, by writing to the email address info@zecchettogroup.com, indicating the address of the page concerned, the problem encountered and a contact address for the reply.
The reports received are taken in charge and answered as quickly as possible.
Submitting reports to AgID
In the event of an unsatisfactory response, or of no response, to the report or the request submitted in the manner indicated above, the person concerned may submit a report to the certified email address protocollo@pec.agid.gov.it, managed by AgID (Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale).
Update of the statement
This statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year, as well as whenever the website undergoes substantial changes to its content or functionality, following new accessibility assessments and upon resolution of the instances of non-compliance listed above.
